15:35- What are the challenges franchisors face from franchises?
- Jaya runs a boutique coach training and executive coaching organization named Abhyudaya, a Sanskrit word. Abhy = Sun, daya = rise that denotes re-start. Abhay also means fearless.
- Abhyudaya Global Coach Circle was established in 2015 with a mandate to focus on applied and professional coach education programs delivered in a blended learning approach addressing the learning styles of diverse professionals across the world in an online format.
- For the past seven years, Abhyudaya Global Coach Circle has established a strong reputation as an institution that delivers high-quality, life-changing coach education.
16:33- Is technology changing coaching as well?
- Coaching has three functions: 1. Create insights 2. Create a new muscle 3. Have a system to keep those habits in place.
- Technology is acting in all three places. ChatGPT is an example.
- All of us have to think about new careers very soon.
- Technology is still far from giving the human connection and touch & feel we provide to each other when we meet.
- We need to learn how to cope with technology.
22:15- What three lessons do you want our viewers to take away from the conversation?
- We have one life, make the best use of it.
- Build the courage to be able to do things that you want to do.
- Create space for expressions to express yourself. It is a necessary experience we all should have as a human.
