- It’s gone from the training to personnel to human resource development, to now human capital, and people.
- There’s been a tremendous evolution and recognition of the potential of HR to contribute to the business and to play a strategic role beyond great execution of thoughts around people and being able to look at the connection between what you’re doing in HR and what’s happening on the top line and the bottom line.
10:32- What are your thoughts on the “Great Resignation” and the “Great Termination”? Is it purely economic or is it technology that is beginning to make a change?
- A lot of people have been through a near-death experiences.
- I think some of those old assumptions have been shattered.
- People are like, what do I really want to do? how do I make an impact? How do I feel good, what is really going to drive me and motivate me?
- No one looks at a big gap in the career as a black mark anymore.
