- The mere transmission of a message is not communication. It is the sharing of meaning.

- Dependency will increase on technology and students may not make efforts to gain knowledge.
- Access and equity: Who is going to benefit from AI and how can they access the technology?
- AI is not neutral: AI-based decisions are susceptible to inaccuracies, discriminatory outcomes, and embedded or inserted bias.
- Surveillance practices for data gathering and privacy of court users.
- While AI is empowering a small section of people, it may also be increasing the divide between the haves and the have nots when it comes to the country that doesn’t have this technology.
