Alicia is the Vice Chair of Korn Ferry’s Global Consumer Market based in Singapore. She is also a member of the Board & CEO Services Practice, Human Resources Practice, and Private Equity Practice. Ms. Yi brings strong human capital consulting background with compensation expertise and conducted a wide range of high profile senior executive search assignments at the regional and global levels. She also is a trusted advisor in building and developing high performing leadership teams. She is a champion of diversity and inclusion and helps clients in strengthening leadership at the executive and Board levels. She is on the Advisory Board for Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society and also a frequent speaker on leadership, human capital strategy and diversity & inclusion. Ms. Yi received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University in Illinois, USA. Ms. Yi is an active member of the Young President Organization (YPO) where she has held a series of leadership roles: Global Learning Committee, Global Taskforce of Champion Lifecycle, Singapore Chapter Chair and Learning Officer.
