07:39- How do you see AI transforming customer experience?

  • I see that people make emotional purchase choices, justify them logically afterwards, and complete the buy when it’s easy – what I call the ESC model of Experience, Simplicity and Ease.
  • AI now customizes responses to each user, adapting uniquely whether you are 8 or 16. For once, older people have an advantage with AI because they know which questions to ask.
  • If Steve Jobs made tech accessible by simplifying it with touchscreens, AI takes personalization even further by tailoring interactions to each individual. This shift enables highly customized customer experiences.

19:08- What would you say are three lessons for a startup founder?

  • Temper your vision of the future with today’s reality. Stay grounded even as you hustle. Have patience laying the right foundation rather than rushing.
  • Keep an equal focus on industry trends as your product. Tech moves quickly so you must continuously adapt. Don’t bridge gaps by cutting corners now and paying the price later.
  • Construct things methodically with an eye on what’s important, not compromising quality to rush to market. Building the right way takes patience and perspective.
