- You need awareness that what you’re doing and how you’re doing it is impacted by a diverse range of cultures, languages, regulations, habits, etc.
- Leaders must have strong financial skills to make the most of major CapEx investments that come early in tech product development.
- In tech, we must be careful not to try to find a problem to fit our solution. Leaders need to maintain a customer focus rather than getting caught up in the technology itself.

- The area of recreating cells, tissues or organs that need repair, such as 3D printing organs for transplants, is fascinating.
- With population still growing significantly before plateauing, and natural resources increasingly scarce, we need to use land and water more efficiently and sustainably through smart technology.
- With the planet set to reach 11 billion people, technology can help ensure we put natural resources to their best use so that humankind continues to thrive despite resource constraints.
