– He co-founded and bootstrapped Akshamaala Solutions – an Agriculture technology firm. He had implemented multi-modal technology solutions for both Government and large agri-businesses focused on farmer education and engagement, advisory dissemination and knowledge management
– Currently he is a board member and advisor to the firm. Akshamaala is today one of the largest Agtech firm in terms of revenue and farmers served. It has worked with more than 2 lac sugarcane farmers in the last 2 years

– At Paytm as a CFO he has helped raise around USD 2 Bn across payments, banking, e- commerce and other digital businesses

– He has been instrumental in setting up multiple new businesses including Paytm Mall, Gamepind and Paytm Payments Bank
– as a HR head he has scaled up the organization 10 times from 1000 to 10000 employees within a short span of 3 years
– as a COO he was responsible for building the fastest unicorn in India of its time – Paytm Mall, growing the business more than 6x in a span of 2 years
– He has also built scaled up supply chain, business planning, internal review functions for Paytm at various points of time
– Prior to becoming an entrepreneur he had worked with PricewaterhousCoopers and Keane Consulting as a process and technology consultant, with Airtel in strategy and business planning and with Infosys as a software developer
