07:57- Your perspective on what goes into making a successful brand.

  • When you’re trying to build a brand, the idea is to connect with the user.
  • Feedback should be the first filter. What is the feedback of the end user going to be?
  • You have to keep consumer experience in mind.

10:11- What do brands need to do to succeed in the digital age?

  • First of all, they have to accept the reality that this is just happening.
  • The consumption pattern is completely changing over a period of time.
  • You have to accept the reality and see to it, how these new technologies and new innovations will help drive the point across so that drive the brand across.
  • I think that acceptability kind of will solve a lot of interest issues for the brands.

21:30- What would you say are three lessons your listeners should take away?

  • Don’t let that dream you had some day as a kid or a child die.
  • Be nice to people, no matter who you are, who you may be.
