• A lot of people think that they need to be 100 percent secure, but that is a wrong mindset.
• In this day and age, we need to focus on what I’ve referred to as cyber resilience.
• There are three levels that you need to be successful:

1. Prevention- Make sure that we have preventative measures, and that we are being proactive and reducing risk where we can.
2. Early Detection-  The earlier you can detect if something is happening the greater likelihood that you’re giving yourself for survival.
3. Rapid Response-  You need to be able to move quickly and be positioned to move quickly.

• The mindset- The whole organization needs to be involved. This is a problem not just for the IT head or the cyber security head.
• Protect your passwords and your identity very carefully.
• Educate yourself, and your organization and be aware.
