  • They also have the challenge of having a family and children and trying to make everything work together.
  • The main thing for them is to get the promotions.

  • By organising sessions that focus on various topics relevant to young women, such as becoming a board member or CEO and building networks. 
  • Additionally, the Women of the Future Network, school programs, and summits provide support and opportunities. 
  • The program encourages women to embrace challenges, and take risks and offers mentorship to help them navigate their journeys.

  • The program addresses these issues by bringing in experts and specialists who work on these topics. 
  • Different regions may have different challenges, so the program seeks to understand and address them accordingly.
