  • Yong leaders bring a fresh perspective.
  • They are digital natives.
  • They have affluence that other people perhaps don’t have. 
  • With different stages of adult development, as we acquire more experience, we not only get wisdom but leadership maturity too and perspective that helps us to step back easily. 
  • When we are younger, we go by other people’s values. We please people more.

19:30- How do you decide or agree to work with someone? 

  • They have to be a willing participant.
  • They have to show up and treat it like any other business commitment. 
  • Do deeper work.
