- The supply chain was a very fragmented task operation in the past.
- It was focused on procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Supply chain management has evolved to be probably the most critical and impactful function in the C suites of companies.
07:47- What are the vulnerabilities that you see in supply chains when it comes to Asia?
- The vulnerabilities obviously have significantly increased during the pandemic.
- Especially in b2c businesses, customer attitudes have so dramatically changed and will continue to dramatically change and influence supply chains.
- Digital transformation of supply chains is definitely somewhat of a vulnerability as well as an opportunity.
22:20- What are the unique perspectives that you bring to your coaching engagements?
- I came to a point where I chose one core value, and that is happiness.
- I strongly believe that happiness drives all other values.
- But this value of happiness actually allowed me to see very bad things that I’ve seen in my life with different eyes with a certain level of calmness, without losing the sense of urgency.
