- For me, strategy is about deciding what not to do.
- A lot of people are always trying to put more things on people’s plates and people’s minds.
- I believe that less is more, hence you need to be clear on what you shouldn’t be doing.
- If you want to grow fast then perhaps you should postpone profits.
- You need to make some tough choices.
