01:16- About his journey

We are what life makes us. When you look in the mirror of your life you see that you managed to draw something that you did not know in advance.

I started playing music, and later I studied economics at University. It was 1999-2000 when the internet bubble was starting to grow. Nobody knew what internet was. I became the internet expert and managed to raise funds. The needs of a financial investor are really different from the needs of the entrepreneur. It was a big wake-up call, and I quit venture capital. Then I went into private investing. Then in 2014, I got this marvelous offer from a non-profit Fongit which is the Geneva Foundation for Technology Innovation.
