• Emotional intelligence has many aspects – emotional maturity, sensitivity, empathy etc. Each of these is important for leadership success.
• With faster/shorter interactions becoming the norm, the ability to regulate oneself and decide how to respond appropriately in a limited time is increasingly vital.
