- I believe all of them have had a profound influence on me because they were never just jobs.
- Talking specifically about the first company I started with, everything I learned, witnessed, and accomplished shaped who I am today.
- It provided me with an early opportunity for self-reflection, which I’m grateful for, as the ego can often hinder our progress.
- As a leader, it’s crucial to be open to listening and have a flexible mindset. Fortunately, I experienced early setbacks that taught me the value of learning, listening, and personal growth within a supportive culture.
[17:48] – How did you manage to balance the demands of running a successful company with your personal life and well-being?
- I experienced failure until halfway through my journey.
- I recall not going home for three consecutive days, solely focusing on work and expecting the same from everyone else.
- As I grew older and wiser, I realized that life wasn’t just about work; work was a part of life.
- Considering that we spend 60-70% of our time at work and build relationships there, it didn’t make sense to spend only 20% of our time with the people who are truly important in life when we got home.
- In my later years, I actively promoted a work-life balance by encouraging people to leave work at a designated time.
