  • Most people have a business to make money for their stakeholders.
  • But that is an insufficient motive and you need to do more. 
  • It is important to make business a force for good in the world.
  • Future oriented businesses create the future using the vehicle of business rather than focussing solely on money.

  • The idea of coaching is that it supports you in thinking who you want to become and figuring out how to get there.
  • If I have a vision of who I want to become, a coach’s job is to essentially support me as an individual in reaching that goal. 
  • It’s a forward and future oriented tool for self cultivation.
