While focusing on leadership, I found that the topic of power is very important because it goes hand in hand with leadership.
The True Power Institute is a way to evolve humanity’s relationship to power, because we have an unhealthy relationship to power.
We either fear it, seek it or misuse it.
Today, we are evolving towards a more egalitarian leadership system.
In order to be able to do that, we need to have leaders who understand the importance of this, and are willing to give up the external power, in order to help their people to get empowered.

[09:19] – Is there some element of imposter syndrome, when you talk of ego or the power that people are trying to build for themselves?

One of the things that the ego tells us is that we are not good enough.
It is fed from fear.
When we think we are not good enough for something or someone, we are in fear of being rejected, and that creates an imposter syndrome.
There is no human being that doesn’t go through periods of this.
