  • My journey with meditation has evolved from the initial stages of physical, emotional, and mental pain to more stability and clarity. 
  • At one point, I experienced a figure-ground reversal, where the perception of self shifts from being a human being to realising life living itself. 
  • Over the years, my practice has led to more spontaneity, freedom, and less attachment to creating impressions.

  • There is a connection between well-being and spiritual development but it is not always direct or obvious. 
  • Spiritual awakening can lead to profound ease and self-acceptance.
  • Factors such as physical health, relationships, and personal ideologies play a significant role in overall well-being.
