- We have a dedicated team to touch base with service professionals.
- From day one, we had decided that we would not be aggregators, we will be curators.
- As a policy, we hand-pick the service partners, be they blue-collar workers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, home cleaners, or the big contractors who are construction contractors.
- We have a separate team for spotting and training them, that team takes care of them.

- Nestofix is all about SOPs and processes.
- We had HRMS in place from day one.
- My experience with different corporates has helped me a lot to be one to get the same experience as our employees.
