- It was honestly a very intriguing opportunity.
- Hill Robinson brought hospitality specialists on board to implement the company in the kingdom. I thought being considered for that opportunity on its own was amazing.
12:37- How is managing a luxury estate different from managing a luxury hotel?
- There are a lot of similarities because it is a service approach.
- Hospitality is so diversified that your daily life looks a little more challenging than in a private estate.
- You have revenue-generating departments, and you have the reputational part of the company in hospitality.
- The private estate is a very tailored approach to one particular family.

- If you believe in it, you can do it.
- There is no growth out of comfort. You have to get persistently out of your comfort zone in order to grow.
