[00:50] How do you define transformation?

  • I feel the more I learn, the more I realize I do not know.
  • This is my learning journey, and I love that emptiness. Emptiness gives me perspective.
  • This does not allow me to keep myself in boxes and gets me out of fixed opinions and for me that is transformation.

[03:02] What kind of work are you doing?

  • It’s delivered in different formats.
  • We do an online program, a community of senior women leaders come together, and they go through an eight weeks transformation journey.
  • There are other corporate training standard programs like a two-hour training session that we go into cooperate and do with big teams.

[05:22] Issues and challenges of women at the top

  • They have made a lot of sacrifices in life.
  • The sacrifices mean compromises.
  • In COVID-19, leaders got time to reflect on their lives and decide what they really want.
  • They started moving to conscious living from compulsive living.

[10:30] What made you select coaching as a career?

  • I reached out for help. I have seen counselors, psychologists, and life coaches.
  • I saw results, I said, why couldn’t I have this for a career.
  • My corporate background is in organizational change management, so training and leadership development were a part of it.

  • Find positive role models for your children.
  • Charity, love, and kindness begin at home.
  • Take your time to enjoy.
