[02:02] – What is the meaning of Magnetic Attraction Coach?

  • It’s about how you attract people to you by just being your authentic self.
  • Every one of us has certain print monitors or fingerprint monitors, and our heart prints, but we also have a soul print.
  • It is about the way we show up.
  • As a lot of people become leaders in today’s world, they need to attract, inspire, and retain talents.

[05:19] – What makes a good story?

  • When people start sharing their stories, they fall into the trap of just going on and on because, to them, their stories are always the most interesting.
  • But they don’t realize that the story is not interesting to the audience.
  • A story is only interesting when there is a problem.
  • I think it’s important to be able to explain the moment of maximum tension.
  • I think when people tell stories, sometimes they don’t realize that there is a need for a hint of change.
  • The audiences are fascinated by the potential for change.
