  • It depends on what the business needs. One needs to answer what we are looking to solve or what opportunities we are trying to unleash.
  • With those answers, we can look at the inventory and the wealth of all the data that we have.
  • In many ways, it is treated as science owing to the technicality but at the end of the day you can be creative with the data, so it both science and art.

  • A business is a connection of dots. It begins with sets of procedures and policies that impact every decision along the way.
  • When the data flow is understood throughout the systems that we are using for particular purposes, then we can really be smart about what we are going to do with our data.

  • Complaints are just an opportunity and they are showing us everything around our brand that can be improved.
  • When we listen to friction points, it is when we really get better. These are the ones that demand our action and attention.
