- It all started with a love for mathematics.
- My parents encouraged me to pursue it; I ultimately got a Ph.D., and 34 years have flown since.
- I was fortunate to have gotten into Mobile phones at the very beginning.

05:01- About the book, ‘Your Company Is Your Castle’
- For many years I had been using the analogy of a house to describe how to build a business and I found that houses don’t last for very long.
- So I wanted a different metaphor or an extended metaphor or analogy on how to build a resilient business.
- When I started off in my business career I knew a lot about technology or at least I thought I did but nothing about business and I made a lot of mistakes. But every stumbling block became a stepping stone to success.
- I started building a framework on which to build a resilient business and I hope that when I wrote the book
- I would be able to transfer some knowledge through my experiences that would help others in building businesses without going through the pitfalls I went through.
18:49- What are the Seven beliefs to take on one’s career journey?
- Dream with conviction.
- Get out of your comfort zone as often as you can.
- Learn from success and failure.
- Learn to deal with adversity.
- Get battle tested.
- Be Curious.
- Stay true.
