Dr. Royston talks about the three key milestones in his life. He explains what ‘polymath’ is and emphasizes the importance of multi faceted thinking. An Eclectic Polymath with a BSc in Physics, MA in Counselling and PhD in Education from the University of Manchester, including Fellowships at Manchester Business School and the Faculty of Education, who has published numerous articles and five books on Change He brings a multi-intelligence (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) approach to Complex and ‘Wicked’ problems with the object of developing self-sustaining solutions that balance the masculine and feminine perspectives to deliver longitudinal successful outcomes. He combines Commercial, Academic and Philanthropic insights to bring illumination to Change.

He feels that people and relationships are key to the realization of success as organizations operate at the ‘edge of chaos’, which is a requirement of our rapidly changing world. He endeavours to find compassion, tolerance, patience, humility and sharing with kindness in all that he observes and behaves and has found the esoteric journey of discovery uplifting and positive.

A lifelong search for knowledge, understanding and wisdom has brought rich rewards, including recognition as a Speaker and Educator. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (FRSM) and the Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). He has been a Governor of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BCAP).

Over more than 25 yeas, he has facilitated positive ‘life changing’ movement in adults and youth. He believes that many ‘challenges’ can be linked to self-worth crisis and that trauma may be supressed into the subconscious or people may ‘cope’ by projecting into ‘fantasy worlds’. The reality is that they become ‘prisoners of the trauma’ and ‘fail’ in the present to find harmonious living and happiness.
He believes in the empowerment of the ‘feminine’ and Love to all.
