While talking about her venture Leap Club, Ragini describes it as a community led professional network for women. Their mission is to bring more and more women into leadership positions. The process included creating one on one connections with relevant people within the network and helping women develop their skill sets through L&D tools.
Ragini further throws light on the importance of networking today. She believes that our work itself can’t do everything alone. It is important that we talk about our work and make ourselves and our work known. She also shares the relevance of linkedin and online connections in a tech driven world.
Ragini gives some very compelling statistics as to why it is WOMEN who need this leadership network the most. She explains how her business is not about bashing the other genders and simply about creating a network for women owing to their needs. She also shares that many of her co-workers are in fact men. Ragini believes that gender equality can happen only when men and women both take part in supporting it.

Ragini Das is the co-founder at leap.club, a members-only social-professional network for women. Leap connects like-minded folks to help build a strong professional network, while also focussing on their learning and development. Prior to leap.club, Ragini spent 6 years at Zomato leading various sales and growth teams. In her last stint, she led International Expansion for Zomato Gold, Zomato’s subscription business. Outside of work, this army brat spends her time discovering new restaurants, planning her next beach vacation and obsessing over plants.
