- The governing principle is that children should know they have to make a difference and that is the purpose of learning.
- We challenge the myths that learning has to be by a timetable, didactic, one way etc.
- We believe in listening to the children and use their insights to design the learning journey for them.

- The biggest lesson I learnt was to show up.
- You show up because your interest will fuel the others.
