• Projects often fail not due to technology itself, but due to unrealistic expectations and lack of change management regarding policies, governance, etc.
• Simply adopting trending technologies like blockchain or AI without a clear problem definition or opportunity alignment sets initiatives up for failure.
• Before implementing novel technologies, organisations should first understand the specific problems they need to solve or the opportunities they aim to create. 

23:23- Are you optimistic about what technology is going to bring us?

• I’m an optimist who believes we can turn bad situations into good outcomes if more people adopt a proactive, positive mindset.
• Emerging decentralised web technologies like Web3 can enable broader, more secure access to information and coordination.
• If coordinated properly with inclusion beyond divides like race and geography, new technologies could help us effectively share resources to meet humanity’s needs in areas like food, energy, etc.
