  • Integration of technology from Alexa began with the idea to scale non-flicked using AI.
  • Introduction to an Alexa engineer, David Russell, led to coding and personalized coaching on Alexa.
  • Integration of GBT technology has further enhanced conflict resolution capabilities, now available as Peace GBT RS on OpenAI.
