02:03- What is your impact on the Arkansas community and how are you leading innovation there?
- I recently moved to Northwest Arkansas for a startup accelerator program focused on retail and supply chain, and I am thrilled to be a part of this community.
- Even though I didn’t know where Arkansas was on the map when I first got here, I have since discovered that it is a unique community.
- For example, it is the headquarters of three Fortune 500 enterprises, and there are 1300 suppliers and vendors that support them.
- Additionally, Northwest Arkansas is rated as a top 10 place to live and offers amazing art museums and the best mountain biking trails in the world.
- But what makes this community truly special are the people and the culture.
- They are incredibly kind and supportive, with a touch of Southern hospitality.
- I am grateful for the opportunity to start my company, Ox, here where we build human-centered automation technology for supply chain and retail operations.

- One of the most important things for me is having a strong network of people, including friends, supporters, teammates, and investors, who are behind me.
- In terms of personal qualities, I believe in developing core values such as truth, initiative, growth, energy, and relevance.
- Starting with curiosity and seeking to understand before speaking is influential.
- Being self-motivated and a self-starter is also key, along with growth and multiplying your value.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and assuming positive intent can go far, as well as focusing on actions that contribute specifically to your vision.
- These are values that I have leaned on and will continue to do so as I grow and evolve.
