- After completing my education in America, I moved to Europe around 30 years ago.
- I started working in digital spaces, developing websites and looking after people’s digital designs.
- I decided entrepreneurship was my route. I started importing goods from Asia and selling them.
- After my husband left us, I worked in the music industry.
- Currently, I am working on a project called Wedo to help people help more people. We are moving towards a knowledge-based economy.

- I spent thousands of hours building things for others. And I realized there are quite a few problems with the gig and freelance economy.
- These platforms take a big chunk of your salary.
- We have created a social mobility tool that helps people run their WFH and take ownership of their lives.
- The recession caused a lot of disruption in work, fast-forward to the pandemic, and more and more people were in positions where they could not fend for themselves.
- I had been involved in quite a few fintech companies, and it seemed like the playing field was so unfair for the individual, I decided to create an application that would help level the playing field.

- Being a startup founder is a learning curve.
- Being an entrepreneur makes you more in control of your destiny and less at the hands of someone else.

- As a startup founder, you need to have patience.

- Transparency and visibility are very important.
- You should be organized and focused.
