  • Traditional dietetics, while valuable for population-level interventions, may not delve deep enough into individual needs and underlying imbalances.

  • Sleep plays a crucial role in overall health, impacting everything from physical repair to insulin response.
  • I incorporate sleep hygiene practices into my coaching, emphasising the importance of adequate rest for optimal well-being.

  • Be realistic to set goals that are challenging but achievable.
  • We don’t have to be all or nothing.
  • Live by the 80/20 principle, where 80% of food choices nourish the body’s needs, while 20% allow for enjoyment.
