Overview

Martin Luther has said, “If you want to change the world, pick up your pen and write.” If not directly changing the world, one can surely do it by changing one’s own life. We know the power of putting thoughts on paper through writing.

And, who doesn’t love their favorite authors who have the power to transport us to a different world? These writers enter our hearts as they relate with us through their stories. It is reading such relatable books that help us develop ideas, inculcate healthy changes, or just feel the emotions we want to feel.

01:05- About the book-The Secret Sauce for Leading Transformational Change

  • Most of the focus is on dealing with the challenges of leading large-scale transformational change.
  • During COVID-19, I was observing health-related challenges that people around the world were dealing with as well as the economic disruption and uncertainty.
  • It got me thinking about what it actually takes for people to survive and even thrive during periods of large-scale transformational change that was the original driver.

03:08- How is your book different from others?

  • 200 voices in 200 pages.
  • It became important to us because of the concept of diverse thinking and multiple lenses through which you could view leading transformational change.
  • We have quite a few contributing authors who’ve written essays, done write-ups, and interviews with senior-level leaders.
