[17:06] – What are your views as you break the stereotypes about Asian women that persist in society?

  • I want to encourage young ladies that achieving goals is possible.
  • I lead social community empowerment programs aligned with ADI’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
  • There is active collaboration with women communities in the Philippines, addressing skills gaps and providing meaningful opportunities.
  • Empowering women in remote areas, such as in the power sector, to monitor and report issues, saving costs and increasing efficiency, remains the high priority.

[38:39] – Are there any other aspects from a marketing standpoint that you are currently addressing?

  • Despite our solid work and numerous awards in regional markets this year, we acknowledge the need to maintain momentum and extend our reach.
  • As a relatively young startup within the conglomerate, our priority is to communicate who ADI is.
  • Actively working on adjusting and tweaking our messaging, we aim to ensure people from different channels can easily reach and understand ADI.
  • Considering ourselves a startup within a conglomerate, we strive to move faster as a high-performing team and expand our communication efforts to reach markets beyond Southeast Asia, extending to APAC and beyond.

  • Look at the bright side and take up the challenge. 
  • Do not say no to opportunities that come your way.
  • Push your limits and take on challenges, as these are the moments that lead to growth.
  • Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, as that’s where real progress happens.
