What’s your perspective on organisations using artificial intelligence to search people for jobs?
According to Reshma, the fundamental difference between using AI to find the right individuals and search firms is in terms of what skills are you able to predict for the future and being able to identify the talent that fits into those skills.Â
At what stage of one’s career can someone expect to get a call from search firms like yours?
Reshma believes that if an individual with skills is put on the market, he will be headhunted despite his age.Â
“It’s the skills that make the difference, definitely not the age, not the hierarchy in the organisation, not the titles”
How are the Great Resignation and the work from home affecting the process of human resources?
The effect of great resignation was that it made people question their careers and helped them step out of their comfort zone. The work from home showed the possibility of a work-life balance and this influenced people’s career choices. The challenge with respect to the HR function that has arisen with this is creating the employee experience in a way that they feel engaged and contribute meaningfully and productively to the organisation.Â
