03:33- What are the five leaders we need to be effective leaders?
- I would say the first is to really listen effectively. It seems easy to just listen but it is actually very different.
- The other thing I believe is very important is to always be curious. The next thing would be to liberate yourself from the things that happen to you.
- The other is to be able to connect the dots. The final point would be to love other people with courage
12:06- How has technology affected leadership?
- I think in person meetings are always going to be more interactive then online meetings.
- When someone puts in the efforts to come and meet you and communicate face to face, you can understand each other better.
- With that being said, I think technology has made a lot of things easier and it will continue to enhance our lives in ways that I can’t comprehend right now.
19:18- How have you been influenced by other people?
- I have been influenced by my parents, both my mother and father and my sister has also impacted how I show up.
- I believe that we all get influenced by other people and it’s very easy to listen to somebody and judge them.
- I think we truly get influenced by someone when we actually listen and try to understand their perspective and not be quick to judge or reply.
