08:48- What does Personal Branding mean?
- This word has been used a lot over the past few years but not many people really understand the meaning.
- It is not about being a celebrity or getting a lot of followers and then forgetting about them.
- It is about creating your own name and a value attached to it so that people look up to you for certain kinds of guidance in their lives.
12:15- What are some of the factors that should be considered while building a personal brand?
- One of the important things we must keep in mind is that it is not an overnight success but an ongoing process.
- It is not static or a one-time thing that you build and forget.
- It is a very dynamic process. You have to be consistent, trustworthy, true to your values, true to your followers, etc
20:32- How do you help people reach where they want to be?
- Most of the people that come to me to build their online presence have a good offline presence but not a good enough online presence.
- What I do is ask questions according to the person and their current situation and where they want to take their brand.
- Then I form a strategy based on their field of work and their target audience and what platform would be best for them, etc.
