- Future oriented businesses create the future using the vehicle of business rather than focussing solely on money.

- The idea of coaching is that it supports you in thinking who you want to become and figuring out how to get there.
- If I have a vision of who I want to become, a coach’s job is to essentially support me as an individual in reaching that goal.
- It’s a forward and future oriented tool for self cultivation.
