- The selected startups go through a boot camp called the “PadUp Way,” which follows a disciplined entrepreneurship process.
- The goal is to help startups build an investable business, increasing their chances of success.

- I follow a unique time management approach, allocating my time into three buckets: 100 days of travel, 100 days for PadUp Ventures, and 100 days for board responsibilities.
- This balanced approach allows me to derive energy and insights from different areas while ensuring a meaningful distribution of his time.
