12:17- What are the trends you are seeing emerging for the MICE sector?
- Companies used to only take their employees within India, now people have more fascination with going outside India because of influencers on social media.
- People think if they would spend, let’s say 60,000 rupees, why go to Northeast India when they can go to destinations like Bali, and Azerbaijan which are pocket-friendly?
- A lot more medium-sized companies are now taking their employees to Dubai, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, which is very cheap, around 40-45-60,000 rupees for a complete five-star package.
19:04- What are the three lessons you think our viewers and listeners should take away from your learnings?
- One should be very agile, especially as a first-time entrepreneur.
- Resilience is something that you have to be with you throughout your life, you have to keep on going if you’re making something big.
- Keep good care of your health, and get a good sleep. Also, take care of your mental health.
