She has consulted extensively within the tech and STEM space, including educating leaders from the Fortune 500. She is a mentor with the Boston Women’s Leadership Council and focuses her time and energy on expanding access to equity for all people. Di is a graduate of the Massachusetts foster care system and spent years of her life between homelessness, poverty, and abusive placements. Now she has written a book “Ally Up” on actionable information to expand access to equity within workforces for all. Di teaches allyship classes on her website available at diciruolo.com. Di is married to her partner, Jay, and they have two fiery children.
