• The award was in recognition of what we were doing in our company.
• I think CEO is more like a Chief Engagement Officer. His job is to engage all stakeholders, but especially employees.
• Also, the role of the CEO is that of a conversation manager.  I have seen that organizations become what the conversation is within the organization.
• Currently, we are running a conversation called writing a New Future. It has opened our doors to a very different future than what we had thought.

• A lot of people have started questioning their objectives in life and when they find that what they are doing does not align with their purpose, they are trying to redefine their objectives.
