- We try to make the world safe for everyone.
- Safety is good, but sometimes we need to just be triggered and activated a little.
- The word erotic stems from EROS. EROS is the primordial life force of chaos energy and is also a great god of sex and love and intimacy.
07:53- Difference between the Erotica Film Festival and the EROS Embodiment Festival
- The EROS Embodiment Festival is a Bi-annual festival, so it happens every two years that is a festival where you come, and you learn from teachers all over the world.
- It’s a great place to start introducing yourself to things like embodiment work, introductions to tantra, introductions to breath work, introductions to self-care, and introductory space with some deep dives.

- Erotica is pioneering and is leading the way around consensual expressions of intimacy.
- You will see this year and every year, most of the films have been made specifically for our festival because our community trusts us.

Ilsa Fay is an award-winning filmmaker, Women’s Coach, creative director, and Founder of EROTICA Film Festival and the EROS Embodiment Festival. She is a mother, dancer, leader and also the Director of EROS University.
In her sessions, Ilsa works with her clients to transform their relationship to intimacy, boundaries and cultivate a deeply embodied experience of empowerment. When not working with intimacy and power, Ilsa works with entrepreneurs ready to up-level their relationship to money, business and visibility.
