Process:

  • The core of the startup is the founder. I think that’s something which is very critical. We are founder focused, we are market focused.
  • Our model is very different compared to the interventions that other incubators offer in the metro cities.
  • We become their companion, we become their co-founder.

  • I prefer co-founder.
  • There are many reasons why we need a co-founder.
  • There are huge risks associated with the startup
  • It’s hard and challenging. In this whole process you require co-founders who can share responsibilities, resources, knowledge, and network.

13:36- Basic mistakes start-up founders make

  • Their idea or a solution is the best, and they assume that the market is willing to buy their product.
  • If there is no innovation in the product or a business model, the chance of success is very low.
