Hester has over 35 years of experience in the QSR & FMCG sectors, operating in South East Asia. He’s currently CEO of McDonald’s Thailand, a position that he held since 2006. A strong advocate on building of teams, Mc Thai has been recognized by Aon Hewitt as “Best Employers” in 2011, 2015 & 2016; “Best of the Best Employers” in 2013 & 2017, as well as “Top Companies for Leaders” in 2014. Prior to that he held various senior positions with Tricon, operating KFC, Pizza Hut & Taco Bell in Singapore, Thailand & Indochina.
