Manish has been part of Kotak Leadership Team (KLT) for the past 11 years. He currently heads a 550+ strong team across 30 locations, covering four business segments – Large Corporates, MNCs, SMEs & New Age Cos, and the entire support back-end for Wholesale Bank (Service Support, BIU, Monitoring, Process/Policy, Marketing, etc.) Over the years, Manish’s dealings with corporates across the spectrum and through multiple economic cycles, has given him a deep understanding and experience of the business models of companies across various sectors and geographies in India. It has also given him the opportunity to handle all aspects of the business, while maintaining a strong focus on growth, nurturing a high quality team and delivering shareholder value. Manish considers himself to be a professional entrepreneur and is passionate about building businesses, with a strong focus on execution. He is analytical and detail-oriented, while keeping the big picture in sight and likes to lead from the front. Manish is a metallurgical engineering graduate from the prestigious Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur where he topped the University. He then completed his PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur, specializing in both Finance & Marketing. Before his post-graduation, he worked for a couple of years with Larsen & Toubro Limited as a graduate engineer trainee.
