On this inspiring episode of The Brand Called You, we have Mrs. Chandni Ann Khanna. Mrs. Khanna is a professional from the corporate world and is a renowned author and writer. She is from St. Stephen’s college.

The unfortunate loss of her mother led young Chandni to start working very early in life. She believes that has no regrets of working that early into her life and that her initial jobs have given her exposure to managing the nuances of high offices. 

Her love for writing, led Mrs. Chandni to write her own book which she self published on kindle. Her book , ‘Some ME Time” is about the importance of self care and taking out time for oneself. Mrs. Chandni got recognised on the online platform for her book and got encouraged to print copies of the book. In 2016, hard  copies of her book were published and performed extremely well. 

The unfortunate loss of her spouse also led to unimaginable difficulties in names. Khanna’s life. She believes her daughter is her only constant motivator and the reason that she has succeeded in getting through all these difficult phases.

Irrespective of her  trauma and pain, Mrs. Khanna hustled on to the best of her strengths and abilities. She is the epitome of power and an inspiration to thousands of women in the world.

Writing is both easy and tough! Easy when thoughts flow, ideas shake up the familiar and words are able to elicit myriad emotions. 

As a freelancer, initiative, drive and discipline are a given. The endeavour is to use the millions of words in countless ways, to draw responses that resound with wonder, intrigue, and even admiration.

I am working towards and aspiring to be the kind of writer who can create and change perceptions. To write and express in a way that elicits a myriad emotions – after all emotions and words are limitless.
