- When we go into a market, we’re competing against the household name and we have to do things differently.
- One of our differentiators that’s very important, is after the customer has been in two days, we call them and ask them how we did for them.
- It improves our retention rate, and our referral rate, and we get to improve during the season instead of waiting until the end of the season to get the results.
