Mr. Sharda is the author of ‘RSS 360 Demystifying RSS and RSS: ‘Evolution from an organization’.

In the first part of the interview, Ratan Ji talks about the spirit of RSS by answering some very basic questions about the century-old organization. Ratan Ji takes us to the very beginning and the establishment of the Rashtriya SwayamSevak Sangh. He explains the initial motives of the organization and why it was formed. Ratan Ji also throws light on the Hindu Rashtriya angle of the RSS and the history behind it. He talks about the participation and role of women in the organization and the widespread inclusion. Ratan Ji also takes the audience through some defining movements of the RSS and its role in the Indian Independence movement.

 Translated two important Hindi books of RSS thinktank Shri Ranga Hari from Hindi to English – Guruji – Vision and Mission, Incomparable Guruji – biography of Shri M S Golwalkar, 2nd chief of RSS. Reviewed and edited Hindi translation path-breaking book ‘Being Different’ written by renowned public intellectual, Rajiv Malhotra.
